One of the things I have always wanted to do was expose different models as a part of a feature. After all, models go hand in hand with fashion. Why not celebrate a beautiful canvas for all to see? Also to get any knowledge to share with you all is a big dream of mine as well.

Here we have our very first model spotlight CC ( pictured above). She was nice enough to have a sit down with me and answer a few questions about her modeling in Second Life.

SZ: So CC tell me what got you started in the industry here on SL?
CC: When I found out there was a thriving industry is SL I knew I had to be a part of it. I consider myself a genuine fashionista that spends way too much money on clothing in real life. So if I can be a part of SL fashion why not?
SZ: Can you describe your style in three words?
CC: I would have to say Eclectic, Urban, and Chic.

SZ: What is your number one go to item when putting together an ensemble and why?
CC: Prim toe shoes from Aoharu! They go great with any outfit. Depending on the shoe you can make an outfit look edgy or sexy. Plus they are extremely easy to match with any skin tone, and they have a fabulous price!
SZ: What have you found to be your biggest challenge in the modeling world in SL?
CC: Ultimately wanting to be you. I think many designers on SL forget that you can change just about everything when it comes to your appearance. So when you show up to a casting representing yourself they often tell you to leave instead of asking you if you can change something quickly with your appearance. This is SL not RL therefore it seems like something they would take into consideration.

SZ: What is some advice you have for aspiring models out there?
CC: Never give up. Find that unique look that you can stick with and make it your own.
SZ: What agencies do you belong to, and what type of modeling do you do?
CC: I currently model for; Face2face, SL Glam, Urban model management, Excelsis, Skydolls, Indyra original modeling troupe, Total Betty modeling team, and Fine Smith Jewelry. I currently do print runway, and in store modeling.
